Navii is an Australian Government-backed, independent company built by people who have spent over thirteen years helping small businesses get results from technology. We are 100% Australian owned. Not backed by venture capital or tech vendors. Funded by government and revenue.
We started as Tourism Tribe, founded by Liz Ward and Fabienne Wintle. Liz also started the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse and was its CEO for over ten years. Together, we received more than $2 million in government funding to deliver digital coaching programs for small businesses across Australia. We delivered the Digital Launchpad program funded by the Queensland Government, the Queensland Business Revival program, and the Victorian Small Business Support Toolkit. We partnered with local councils, state governments, and federal programs. Over thirteen years, we helped 13,245 small businesses.
Then AI changed what was possible. We did not just start advising on it. We built Velluto Health, a clinical preparation engine for GP practices, to prove we could build real AI systems. Not theory. Working products used by real practices every day.

Liz Ward
Founder & CEO
Liz has spent 20+ years in digital strategy and business transformation. She co-founded Tourism Tribe and led it through 13 years of government-funded digital programs reaching over 13,000 Australian businesses. She now leads Navii’s strategy and client relationships.
Fabienne Wintle
Founder & CIO
Fab builds the systems. She designed the AIDA assessment engine, led the Velluto Health build, and is responsible for everything technical at Navii. If we have built it, she was involved.
Julia Retson
Digital Solutions Manager
Julia connects the pieces. With a background in aerospace engineering and visual effects, she brings an unusual precision to AI systems work. She builds and maintains the automations that run across Navii’s client practices.
Toby Lloyd
Digital Advertising & Commercial Strategy
Toby runs paid advertising and commercial strategy. With a background in accounting, property and mining before building Mamba Digital, he thinks in numbers first. He manages ad campaigns that connect directly to revenue, not vanity metrics. If it can’t be measured, he’s not interested.
